I began as a Junior Graphic Designer before being promoted to Digital Product Architect, where I collaborated with the Head of Design to create UI designs and prototypes for new digital health product features.
In this role, I worked closely with user researchers to conduct usability testing and user interviews, ensuring products met user expectations and needs. I also contributed to the NHS Healthy Living program—one of the largest digital educational platforms of its kind—helping to empower individuals with Type 2 Diabetes by providing essential guidance on managing their condition.
